Application of The Triple Layered Business Model Canvas in Corporate Social Responsibility: Systematic Literature Review

The coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic is still a main concern for various levels of society. Changes in people's lifestyles have triggered companies to switch the right new business strategies control their businesses during COVID-19 pandemic. unemployment rate, which increased by 7.07 percent due pandemic, needs be suppressed opening jobs. Triple Layered Business Model Canvas (TLBMC) method that can used Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) collaborate with surrounding community improving quality life This research was conducted identify development TLBMC method, obtained from literature studies 2016 2022. this study Systematic Literature Review (SLR). uses Exponential Comparison Method (MPE) minimize bias assessing selected literature. results showed 27 pieces literature, nine top-selected total scores above 50 19 points could support on applying CSR. found importance CSR collaboration restoring economic cycle midst method.
